.On the 7th September, Serendipity went to the Bridlington Model Railway show. It was held in the large sports complex near the old town.

We took the Railcar with Batman & Wonder Woman on the top and Woody riding shotgun on the back together with other locomotives. It was the first outing for “Toby”, the tram engine (from the “Thomas” franchise), that was produced on Mates’ 3D printer over this summer. The show is six hours long and Toby ran alternately with our Batman/Wonder Woman Railcar on one of the tracks say for about half the time. He’s only just about run in now.

The fairground ran well, but about lunchtime, the “black hole” boat riding feature short circuited. There is often minor problems going to a show but it gives us a bit of excitement sorting it out.
