Scarborough Mates are looking forward to providing marshals again for this year’s Scalby Walk on 6th April, which is Easter Monday.
This is the 65th walk and it is always great fun! You can compete as a serious walker and perhaps beat your own PB, or could join in as a family or work group, or as an individual or couple – and fancy dress is an option in every category! Dogs are welcome too.
Walkers start at The Plough, in Scalby, then head off to The Three Jolly Sailors, Burniston, and the Red Lion in Cloughton before heading back to The Plough via the Blacksmiths Arms in Cloughton and the Oakwheel, Burniston.
Walkers have a half pint of beer, lager, or soft drink in each place, although some people decide to linger longer!
